My intent being a teacher is to develop in my students a deep perception and confidence at tests and having the ability to tackle unknown concerns. My philosophy is based on the opinion that learning takes place in an environment of mutual respect in which the scholar is motivated to think and establish new relationships for themselves. According to my experience individual training has a unique value to learners due to the option to resolve the scholars' own restraints to study in a manner that sets the bases for a deep and lengthy perception of the course.
Student’s needs and learning style matter
My approach differs depending on the child's learning style and needs. My teaching theory is built upon encouraging learners to think for themselves, using real-world examples as long as they can. |My opinion is that it is vital to supply children with a working skills and to give them analytical skills for establishing upon this knowledge. Training anyone to think critically is at the core of what a student must intercept off any subject program.
The role of mentoring
The most enduring improvements a coach can bring in is coaching children, and it is a process, which I find pleasurable and rewarding. From my experience, I learned the effect of engaging children by means of patterns and of pitching data at a level that assumes intelligence though not specifically knowledge, blending the unknown with the known as a synthesis that brings the student the sensation of possibility instead of that one of impossibility that official and impressive ways can inflict.
Using a lot of practising
I start from topics the children are familiar with and proceed regularly to more challenging fields while their confidence is being grown. I use examples and questions to check realising continually. I tend not to lecture to learners or tell them to remember things. Nor do I perform the students' home tasks for them!
I usually focus on test-style as well as last paper questions to test, work at and develop the child's comprehension and technique. I even give a lot of accent to many of the not so much vital but obvious skill sets for example, essay structure and technique, logical thought, and the good use of numbers and graphs.
